From my personal experience, I am the founder of the Healing From Emotional Abuse Philosophy, that is based on 11+ years of research and real life experience, having gone through it myself.  Which makes me different from everyone else.  I have developed a three key process, a three step process that can take anybody who has been through any kind of emotional abuse, and literally get them out of that. And it’s based on 3 steps, what I call the 3 R’s.  The first thing when someone goes through some sort of emotional abuse, is they have to learn how to release it. Based on three R’s.  They have to Release it.  So many folks are silent.  And what happens is, you feel stuck, heavy and lost. When I teach you how to release it, you feel free. What it does is, it frees you from the control of your abuser, and that isolating loneliness that paralyzes us. But that’s not enough.  There are a lot of therapists, and people who teach you how to do that.  But remember, I’ve come up with a three step process, based on my book, Healing From Emotional Abuse. My process is based on 11+ years of research and real life experience.  When you do learn to release it through what I teach you, you instantly feel free from  your narcissist. 

But that’s not enough, because most people say, ‘you’ve got to release it.” But remember, mine is based on 11+ years of research and I’ve found that there are three things that need to be done.  

The second R, and by the way, the second R, they all go together, is you need to learn how to have resilience. Because once you release it,  you’re still going to feel self doubt, and not know who you are anymore.  You need to learn how to bounce back. Right?  And so, when you learn how to be resilient you start to instantly feel confident.  But that’s not enough.  Remember there’s three R’s.  

You’ve released, now your’e resilient, and able to bounce back, but you don’t know where to go or what to do.  That’s why the the third R is so important.  Where you Rebuild. 

You start gaining that sense of self back, and discovering who you are again.  And when you start to rebuild, you feel healthy and at peace.

When you go from emotional abuse, following the three R’s; first you release, then you have resilience, bounce back and gain confidence and self esteem, and third, you have to rebuild, get into routines and bounce back.  And the key is, what makes my philosophy different from everyone else, is all three of these have to be working in unison consistently.  Many people just teach one.  Release the past. Others might teach, that you’ve gotta rebuild.  But based on my research of 11 years, you need all three. 

When you have all three working in unison, what happens for you, is you immediately begin to feel free, confident and at peace. 

And that’s basically what my Healing From Emotional Abuse Philosophy does for people.
